An important function of the Human Resource Department is to contribute to the creation and execution of projects that add value to the organization, constantly seeking to increase the commitment and performance of the staff, promoting a pleasant environment and using the most appropriate assessment tools and those necessary for training and development.
Through internal communications we create instances for conversation and exchange of information relevant to the development of the company. The Management also seeks to optimize the management of internal processes to improve the performance of the area, be a change factor to create an organizational culture that allows addressing future challenges, and permanently work to increase the level of humanization of the company.
