Safety Campaign
The Education Program 2009 aims to develop the importance of the value of life in children, teachers and managers.
This year we have visited over 40 schools, which means that over 18,000 children from different communities across the country have participated in our educational talks, such as Paine, San Bernardo, Graneros, Rancagua, Lo Espejo, Los Lirios, San Fernando, Requinoa and Concepción.
What are these visits about?
- Intervention in educational institutions adjacent to the railway.
- Working with appropriate content for elementary and secondary education.
- Guidance on the prevention of accidents associated with pedestrian crossing by the railroad, according to the new Railroad traffic operation, through educational tools.
- Establishing a commitment by the school community in the prevention of accidents involving the railway.
